杨玉辉,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师河南工业大学青年骨干教师主要从事于食品组分与营养健康方向的研究近年来,主持国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金面上、河南省科技攻关、河南省科技研发计划联合基金纵向项目7成果转化和技术开发等企业横向项目2;已发表高水平中英文论文50余篇SCI论文40余篇H指数26,其中第一/通讯作者的中科院一区TOP期刊论文20申请/授权发明专利9项;河南省一流课程、精品在线开放课程团队主要成员参编教材3参与省级教改项目并获得河南省高等教育教学成果奖二等奖1项。

实验室和科研团队简介

所在科研团队食品营养与安全控制团队团队负责人是谢岩黎教授。目前团队成员教师8名,其中教授1名,副教授2名,讲师5名;在读博士生5名,在读研究生26名。
