谢岩黎,二级教授/博士,博士研究生导师,河南省特聘教授,河南省高层次人才,郑州市第十四届十大科技女杰,河南省高校科技创新团队带头人,河南省粮油食品安全与营养重点实验室主任,美国新泽西州立大学(Rutgers University)访问学者。20074月毕业于江南大学食品学院食品营养与安全专业,获工学博士学位。主持国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、主持河南省重点研发专项、主持河南省重点科技攻关项目,主持河南省高校科技创新团队,郑州市重大科技创新专项等20余项,参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目2项,在国内外学术期刊上发表论文260余篇,其中在J.Agric.Food Chem.Food Chem.等国内外Top学术期刊上发表被SCI/EI收录论文150余篇。主编、副主编教材5部,获得国家发明专利10项。

实验室和科研团队简介

所在的科研团队:食品营养与安全控制创新团队,是河南工业大学食品安全与营养方向的核心科研团队,深耕食品营养与安全控制领域,多年来主要围绕食品生产全程中有害物质控制和营养物质保护为目标,从事真菌毒素降解酶的生物合成及酶催化、光催化降解机制及技术、天然产物抑菌机制及产品开发、功能活性组分挖掘及慢病防控、功能性益生菌的筛选及产品开发六大重要方向开展有组织的基础及产业化研究。
